How to Request an Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

To make the best use of time, we run a full appointments system with both routine and on the day appointments offered. In the first instance patients are telephone triaged by the GP to access their needs and if they are needed to be seen Face to Face then the GP will directly book.

Please make your request in plenty of time whenever possible. You are welcome to request an appointment to see a specific doctor, but it should be noted that this may involve a little more delay.

Appointments are allocated sufficient time to discuss a single problem with your doctor. If you have more than one problem, please ask the receptionist for a double appointment.

Cancel An Appointment

If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Your appointment will be needed by another patient.

Please use our Cancel an Appointment Triage.
